We loved our term 2 Inquiry "What it means to be a New Zealander". We learnt that New Zealand is the country we live in and that many people from other countries choose to live in New Zealand because it is clean, green, has lovely mountains and beaches and is safe with good schools. We loved learning about Kiwiana and had a great day dressing up in Kiwiana clothing. We had a gumboot throwing competition, egg and spoon races, sack and three legged races. We loved eating Hokey Pokey ice-cream.
